  Thanks to GALOP SYSTEM we enable participants registration online. Registration includes all aspects concerning the event, also lodging, as well as accompanying events. Complex structure of the system enables optional configurations fitted for individual requirements.
  

• We run the organizing office offering easy and wide access to information.

  The implementation of each project is realized by a team coordinated by a designated person to work with you. The Organizing Office provides a professional assistance in regard to registration, correspondence and information. The GALOP System provides continuous contact on-line with participants.
  

• Conferencing Professional and efficient on-site reception.

  We are friendly and easy to work with. Our experience allows us to look after each participant professionally and control attendance during your event. Our dedicated team works for you and with you to provide a comprehensive package of support and ensures your event programme is successful, runs smoothly and meets your target.
  

• We organize financial aspects and help with sponsorship and exhibitors.

  We can take on the whole project on your behalf: payments and fee collections, invoicing and billing, sponsorship agreements, financial recovery, final financial report, legal and tax advice in pharmaceutical matters.
