• We provide an on-line registration of scientific papers and other scientific materials..

  Thanks to a special module in our GALOP SYSTEM we enable not only online scientific papers registration, but also managing the further reviews. After choosing subjects and authors, all left for organizers is waiting for a review note. All works can be exported to be published or attached to a book of abstracts.
  

• Educational points registration.

  According to the Polish Ministry of Health ordinance regarding the doctors’ and dentists’ obligation of professional enhancement, we are a registered company able to help with educational points applications.
  

• Our dedicated staff chooses and configures the best audio-video equipment for you.

  We have got high quality technical equipment, such as multimedia projectors, visualizers, screens, plasma screens, simultaneous translation system, multimedia, voting system, visual walls, mixers and most importantly experienced staff.
  

• We offer our very own program for electronic poster sessions.

  Resigning from traditional paper posters, which require much space and finance from poster authors and also striving to meet worldwide standards, we offer a possibility of modern system to present posters in electronic version on plasma screens. After the works have been qualified, authors prepare posters in JPG format and forward them via e-mail to the organizing committee.
